  • Our workshop and seminar information has been specifically designed to be most suitable for girls in the 9-13 age range. However, we understand that there is a huge spectrum for child development so please feel free to contact us to discuss this further.

    Due to overwhelming demand, we are also currently developing a new retreat for girls aged 14 - 16 years and their mothers. We are planning to launch this retreat in November 2025 at Essence, Peregian Beach QLD. If you are interested in finding out more, please let us know via our enquiry form and we will update you as soon as dates are finalised and booking is made available!

  • We would love to accommodate multiple daughters, however this will depend on accommodation availability. Please reach out early so we can secure you a space and to discuss tailored pricing.

  • We have a number of different packages and prices to suit your budget. Our Standard Package in both QLD and WA starts at $1795 per parent-daughter pair. Whilst this may seem like a lot, this cost is all inclusive of your luxury accommodation, all meals including dinner for two and a long table lunch and activities including yoga, konga dance, meditation and either a spa session or other activity. Most importantly, it also includes all your workshop sessions which have been developed and are run by qualified psychologists.

  • Absolutely! We are happy to arrange a private retreat experience for a group of friends or for a school community. We would love to work together to tailor something specifically to your groups needs and interest areas! Please reach out via our contact form and we will be delighted to work together to develop something really special for your group.

  • If your child is eligible for NDIS funding, or you have a sibling who can access sibling benefits as apart of another child’s NDIS plan, you may be able to claim the retreats. All our hosts are registered psychologists with AHPRA. Ask your NDIS provider for more details to add these retreats to your plan.

  • We are so excited to launch our first Father-Daughter Retreat at the beautiful Mantra Salt, Kingscliffe NSW in October 2025! This retreat will be full of relaxed, light-hearted fun and outdoor adventures to support the special, playful bond that exists between fathers and daughters!   • We understand that things can come up and life can get a little busy sometimes. However as we are a small business we can only offer a transfer of your booking to a future retreat date, not a refund. Please see below for our Ts&Cs or contact us to discuss your situation.

    Booking Payment and Deposits

    100% payment is preferred at the time of booking to confirm you place on the retreat. However, a minimum of 20% deposit can be made to secure your place (just ask us how)

    Payment plans are available - just ask!

    Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival

    If booking is made within 30 days of the start date of the retreat, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.

    If full payment is not received 30 days prior to the retreat date, you will forfeit your place payment is not refundable (please see details below)

    Postponement and Cancellation Policy

    Bookings are non-refundable* but can be transferred to a subsequent retreat date.

    For cancellations and postponements more than 30 days before the start of the retreat date, payment is transferable to a new retreat date with an administration fee of $100.

    For postponements within 30 days of the start of the retreat (where full payment has already been received), 50% of payment is transferable to a new retreat date and the remaining balance is non-refundable.

    For postponements within 30 days of the start of the retreat (where partial payment has been made), the equivalent of 50% of the retreat cost is non-transferable but any different can then be transferred to a new date.

    *Payment is fully refundable if the retreat is cancelled by Cocoon Wellness Retreats. Please be aware any additional costs associated with attending the retreat (e.g. travel costs) are not covered by Cocoon Wellness Retreats in the event of the retreat being cancelled.

  • If the retreat is cancelled by us (Cocoon Wellness Retreats) for any reason, we will either offer you a transfer of your booking to a future retreat date, or offer you a full refund of the retreat cost. Please be aware that any additional costs associated with attending the retreat (e.g. travel costs or other accommodation costs) are not covered by us. We recommend you consider travel insurance or to contact us prior to booking if you are concerned about this.
